Air Quality and Mood

Understandably, there is much concern and distress with the smell of smoke in the air in the Western part of the United States. Some are boiling herbs to combat this problem. That will help manage the smoke smell, and if this works for you, and you feel good about it, then - okay! For our mental health, we need to think that we have some control in our life. Also, in your wheelhouse of coping, consider creating an air filtration system to remove particulates that can cause irritation and severe problems for your lungs' health. This video shows homegrown solutions to help improve air quality. The fellow in the video may also remind you of the Muppet character, Bunsen Honeydew, which may put a smile on your face.
